Return Eligibility for A&D Medical Consumer E-Sales and Direct Website Purchases Return Policy

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your A&D Medical purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund under the following conditions:
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending the product back.
  • 20% restocking fee will apply
  • We do not accept returns on Medtronic Sensors and Infusion Sets

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at websupportcanada@andonline.com or call 1-844-682-2322 to request an RMA.
  2. Use the RMA label provided or clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned without an RMA.
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, missing components, or not in resalable condition.
  • Products purchased from other retailer locations or other websites

Warranty Claims

  • If your device is defective or malfunctions within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy for repair or replacement options.  We will happily replaced defective items.
  • For warranty issues, contact our Customer Support Product Support team at websupportcanada@andonline.com or call 1-844-682-2322 or visit our Warranty Page to register your product and initiate a claim.
  • Do not physically return product to the address provided. This is a depot address that is not accessible to the public.
