Return Eligibility for A&D Medical Consumer E-Sales and Direct Website Purchases Return Policy
- We want you to be fully satisfied with your A&D Medical purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending the product back.
- 20% restocking fee will apply
- We do not accept returns on Medtronic Sensors and Infusion Sets
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team at websupportcanada@andonline.com or call 1-844-682-2322 to request an RMA.
- Use the RMA label provided or clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned without an RMA.
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, missing components, or not in resalable condition.
- Products purchased from other retailer locations or other websites
Warranty Claims
- If your device is defective or malfunctions within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy for repair or replacement options. We will happily replaced defective items.
- For warranty issues, contact our Customer Support Product Support team at websupportcanada@andonline.com or call 1-844-682-2322 or visit our Warranty Page to register your product and initiate a claim.
- Do not physically return product to the address provided. This is a depot address that is not accessible to the public.
