Use a flexible tape measure to check the circumference of your upper arm at the midpoint between your shoulder and elbow. Compare your measurement to the cuff size range listed in the product specifications to ensure a proper fit.

Q8: How do I fit the cuff properly?
Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow. Make sure the tubing runs down the center of your arm and the cuff is level with your heart. There should be enough room to slide two fingers under the cuff for comfort.
